The other day I was sending documents to St. Petersburg again, and they went out almost a week late because the CDEK courier couldn't make it to me. He didn't call, didn't warn me, he just didn't show up, that's all — until I pestered everyone in tech support to death. No explanations, no excuses, just one answer to everything: "my software doesn't say why this happened". But at least they delivered.
And today I see this in Kontur.Bank:
Current account balance is displayed incorrectly
After you receive an SMS about incoming funds, the money received may not be displayed as available balance. We are already working on a fix.
The money is in the account, but you can't see it. And you can't withdraw it either, because of the bug. And tech support is online and ready to help in 32 minutes. Or in 7. Or 10. The number changes far more often than my account balance.
And are you still putting off launching your product because it's not perfect?
