October has plenty to offer, and first of all — a whole lot of legal dramas. Let's take a look.
Also back with new seasons:
- Time — a grim series about a British slammer. Great cast, but a different one every season. Season three is out now.
- This City Is Ours — season two of a decent drama about Scouse gangsters. Just like in Time, the first season starred Sean Bean. So one does not simply skip the second.
- Tulsa King — season four of Sylvester Stallone's tragicomedy. The further it goes, the more dramatic they try to make him, and in my opinion that does more harm than good.
- The Terminal List — season two of a decent, dark, if somewhat murky military action series. I've watched an episode and a half so far, seems fine.
- Dexter: Resurrection — season two (because resurrection in a winter forest doesn't count!) comes out today. It still has a 9.0 on IMDb, Uma Thurman stayed for the second season, and anyway, if you're going to watch anything, it's Dexter, of course.
So there's plenty to watch, and that's not even everything. I skipped all the junk, of course, but if you want the full picture, you can find info on new shows, premieres, returning series and schedules, as always, in the TV Botopotamus bot on Telegram or Max.
