Recently I was discussing improving my sites with Сhat gee pee tea, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and other sages. Robots provided a lot of ideas, and then suddenly I realized I have to get back to the roots: I need to just up and rewrite this home page and my studio landing back in Turbo Pascal Drupal.
The OctoberCMS experiment was beautiful in its own way, I learned and did many new things, and the CMS wasn’t that bad. But a number of things I want to do are simply 2–3 times faster to accomplish in Drupal.
Migrating shouldn’t take long. I’ll do it all with Views, and front-end templates in October are in Twig already. I might even finish by New Year’s. Just need to figure out which one.
