A few days ago, Ulyana (@GromPR) and I launched a media mentions monitoring service: PR·Radar. Ulyana knows what PR people need inside it, I know how to build it so that it actually works, and the neural networks know how to make things nice for all of us. In short, the stars aligned.
So what is it? To put together a PR report, you have to google the company or the speaker every single time, copy the links into a spreadsheet, throw out namesakes, estimate the reach, and carry all of that to your boss or client. It’s slow, and not exactly fun either.
In PR·Radar you enter the keywords you need, add negative phrases and the necessary context (to filter out namesakes, for example). Mentions are collected from Google News, Yandex News, and several hundred RSS feeds of news outlets. Then an AI assistant processes everything that was found and scores relevance and tone, we pull in the reach data for each source, and within a few minutes the report is ready. You can download it (as PDF or XLSX), or generate a read-only link for the client.
If you work in PR, or know people who do, send them the link, sign up for a demo with Ulyana yourselves, and feel free to ask me any questions.
