# Playing with Drupal Canvas

I'm playing with Canvas, the new visual page builder for Drupal, the first version of which came out in December. There should be an article on the topic soon, maybe even a video — haven't decided yet.

For now, in short:

— it's fun;
— the value of component-based markup / SDC / storybooks and all that stuff has gone up;
— integration with the rest of Dru's infrastructure is low so far;
— there are a few bugs, of course.
